Where does Elysian Theory ship to?
Elysian Theory ships all over the world. There may be
some weight restrictions to some countries
How long does it take for orders to be dispatched?
We aim to dispatch all orders either same day or next
day, however we ship all orders within two working days from receipt
What does shipping cost?
UK orders - Standard Delivery parcels:
Royal mail - estimated 3-5 working days: Free with orders over £50, otherwise £3.99
UK orders - Tracked parcels:
DPD - estimated at 1-2 working days: £6.50
Royal Mail - Tracked 48 - estimated at 2-4 working
days: £4.99
Europe orders:
Tracked and signed parcels estimated at 3-5 working days: Free with orders
over £100, otherwise £15.00
Rest of world orders:
Tracked and signed parcels estimated at 5-7 working
days: £18.00
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an
email from Elysian Theory with tracking details relating to your order
What do I do if I have not received my order?
If you have not received an order within the time
expected you can reach our team on our live chat or via email at hello@elysiantheory.co.uk.
Please include your order number in the communication to help our team find
your order.

RETURNS
If I receive a wrong or damaged product, what should I
do?
If you have received a wrong or damaged product please
get in touch with one of the team via our live chat or through email at hello@elysiantheory.co.uk
and one of our team will happy to make the order right. There is no additional delivery
charge if you item has been approved for redelivery.
Can I return my order if I am unhappy with it?
We have a 14-day returns policy, which means you have 14
days after receiving your item to request a return.
Are there any products that cannot be returned?
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the
same condition that you received it, unused, sealed and in its original,
undamaged packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Beauty products cannot be returned or exchanged once opened.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like
perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as
special orders or personalised items), intimate or sanitary goods, and personal
care goods (such as beauty products that do not have a seal, as this is
unhygienic.)
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or
gift cards.
Elysian Theory may refuse any returns that do not comply
with our conditions stated above.
How long does it take to process a return?
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your
return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll
be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it
can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the
refund; Please allow 10 business days to ensure that your refund is credited.

What payment methods does Elysian Theory accept?
We accept all major credit/debit cards and payment
providers including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Paypal, ApplePay &
GooglePay
How do I use my discount code?
If you have a discount code to use on your order you can
add the code in the relevant section during the checkout process and the final
price of your order will be recalculated before payment. Please note that only one
discount code can be used at one time
How do I use a gift card?
When checking out enter the gift card code in the box
provided. The credit will be applied to the final price of your order before
payment. Please note that

GIFT CARD
How do I buy a gift card?
You can buy an Elysian Theory gift card under the ‘Shop’
section of our website, or follow the link here. Gift cards can be bought in
denominations of £25, £50, £100, £150, £200 and £250. Once chosen the gift card
will be added to your cart like any other product on your site for you to take
through to checkout
How Long is the Elysian Theory gift card valid for?
The Elysian Theory gift card is valid for 2 years from the
date of purchase
What happens if I don’t spend all of the value of my gift
card at once?
If you have value remaining on your gift card it can be used across subsequent orders until the value is fully utilised
Can I use my gift card at the same time as other discount codes
Yes, they are a form of payment
What happens if the value of my basket is higher than my
gift card?
Gift cards can be used in tandem with regular payment
options. When applied, the value of your gift card will be removed from your
order leaving any remaining amount payable though any of our accepted payment
options.
