REFUNDS

We have a 14-day returns policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, sealed and in its original, undamaged packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

Beauty products cannot be returned or exchanged once opened. 

Elysian Theory may refuse any returns that do not comply with our conditions stated above.

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), intimate or sanitary goods, and personal care goods (such as beauty products that do not have a seal, as this is unhygienic.)

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund; Please allow 10 business days to ensure that your refund is credited.

We monitor returns to identify potential abuse or misuse of our return policies. Continued returns will be flagged and potentially refused, or lead to the closure of your customer account at our discretion.

DAMAGES & ISSUES 
We always take care to ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and reach you in good condition. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 3 days of receipt, if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue.

 All items are offered subject to availability at time of ordering. However, should an item be out of stock there may be short delays in delivery and we will notify you immediately. Elysian Theory will have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond our reasonable control including, without limitation, strikes, lock-outs and other industrial disputes, breakdown of systems, failures or sub-contactor transport or network access, flood, fire, explosion or accident.

 

SHIPPNG
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Wrap items securely in the same packaging in which you received them. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. We recommend you return your package by Tracked and Recorded Delivery or using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods as Elysian Theory is not liable for lost returned parcels. We are not liable for the cost of returning any goods.
