We aim to dispatch your delivery within 1-2 business days. Orders are despatched Monday - Friday excluding Bank Holidays. Any orders placed over the weekend or during public bank holidays will be processed the next working day.

Our priority is always the wellbeing of our customers. Due to the evolving Covid-19 situation we will try to continue to ship orders as frequently as possible but there may be delays to delivery times.

We always endeavour to get your shipments to you on time. During buys times when certain couriers are experiencing delays we reserve the right to send your order with a different courier then advertised - however if this occurs we will ensure the same level of service or upgrade the delivery option.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct. Orders that are returned because of an invalid address may incur a shipping charge if they are reshipped. After an order has been delivered to the correct shipping address, we cannot be held responsible for any lost or stolen packages.

We ship internationally and delivery times can vary. Please note that for orders shipping internationally there is likely to be a customs charge upon arrival of your package that is determined from country to country, and your responsibility to pay. From 01/01/21 there may be additional taxes and duties that are not included in the shipping rates at checkout when shipping to countries within the EU.

Please note your delivery might require a signature upon receiving, please ensure someone is available to do this at your delivery address. If no one is available to sign for your parcel, you will receive a delivery card with contact information detailing the amount of time you have to rearrange redelivery or collection before it is returned to us.

 

UK orders - Tracked parcels: 

DPD - estimated at 1-2 working days once dispatched 

Royal Mail - Tracked 48 - estimated at 2-4 working days once dispatched 

 

UK orders - Standard Delivery parcels: 

Royal mail - estimated 3-5 working days once dispatched.

 

Europe orders:

Tracked and signed parcels estimated at 3-5 working days once dispatched.

 

Rest of world orders

Tracked and signed parcels estimated at 5-7 working days once dispatched.
