Hard fibre, can be used for dry and wet brushing
Exfoliate and massage your feet in a shower or bath, using moderate pressure. Feel your feet relax. Rinse off and apply your favourite lotion
Use gentle but firm, long sweeping strokes without too much pressure. Start brushing at the bottom of your feet, always moving upwards towards your heart. A body brushing ritual should typically last around 3-5 minutes.
Dry body brushing each morning awakens your body and makes you feel energised, ready to face the day. For a more relaxing and calming session, body brush in the evening using slow loving strokes. Now it's the right time to discover the ritual of body brushing and enjoy the therapeutic and invigorating feeling the natural body brushes offer.
Sisal (brush head): Sisal is a natural fibre extracted from sisal plants of agave cactus family, Agave Sisalana, also known as ‘sisal’. Sisal is most commonly used for fibre production. Agave plants are lasting succulents that grow throughout the year, even on marginal land and in hot and dry areas. It is cultivated in well-organised plantations, mainly in Kenya and Tanzania. Sisal has stiff fibres traditionally used for producing rope, twine, paper, cloth, and carpets.
Sisal body brushes are of a medium bristle category, suitable for a dry body brushing and massage but also ideal for use in the shower or bath. Sisal fibre has a golden creamy colour, it is durable, does not absorb water easily, and it is highly resistant to bacterial damage. It is the perfect natural fibre for exfoliation to improve skin tone and condition.

After each use, lightly run your palm over the bristles to remove any remaining skin particles left on the brush

Once a week (if used daily), wash the brush with warm water and a gentle soap. Swirl it in water without soaking and leaving the whole brush in water
Rinse the brush, then shake out or pad excess water into a towel
Hang it from the cord to ensure the bristles are pointing down whilst drying and allow the brush to dry in a well-ventilated area.
- The brushes are made from all-natural materials. They are biodegradable and compostable.
